PullUp is built on accountability, competition, and camaraderie. We encourage trash talk, banter, and a little competitive fire — that's part of what makes this fun. But there's a line. These guidelines help everyone know where it is.

The Golden Rule: Trash talk is part of the game. Hate speech, harassment, and discrimination are not. If you wouldn't say it to someone's face in a gym, don't say it here.
