Welcome to PullUp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PullUp platform. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use PullUp.

1. Accepting These Terms

By signing up for PullUp, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

2. Your Account

Account Creation

To use PullUp, you need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

One Account Per Person

You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, streaks, or points is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

3. Acceptable Use

PullUp is a social fitness platform built on mutual respect and accountability. You agree NOT to:

• Harass or threaten others: No hate speech, discrimination, threats, or sustained harassment
• Disrupt the service: No hacking, exploiting bugs, or interfering with other users' sessions
• Spam or scam: No unsolicited promotions, phishing, or fraudulent activity
• Impersonate others: Don't pretend to be someone else or create fake profiles
• Violate laws: Don't use PullUp for illegal activity
• Share inappropriate content: No sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content in video sessions or chat

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (profile info, chat messages, etc.). By using PullUp, you grant us a license to use, display, and store your content solely for operating the service.

Our Content

PullUp's design, code, branding, and features are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform.

5. Video Sessions

Live video and audio in PullUp rooms are transmitted in real-time and are not recorded or stored by PullUp (unless you explicitly request recording). You are responsible for:

• Your conduct during video sessions
• Any content you share on camera or via voice
• Respecting others' privacy and consent

Do not record or screenshot other participants without their explicit consent.

6. Paid Features

PullUp may offer premium features or subscriptions in the future. If you purchase a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy

7. Termination

Your Right to Leave

You can delete your account at any time. Once deleted, your personal data will be permanently removed (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Our Right to Suspend or Ban

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Pose a risk to other users or the platform

We'll notify you if we take action on your account, but we reserve the right to act immediately in serious cases.

8. Disclaimers

No Medical Advice

PullUp is a social platform, not a medical or fitness advisory service. We do not provide health, fitness, or medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program.

Use at Your Own Risk

You are responsible for your own safety while using PullUp. Exercise carries inherent risks. PullUp is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues resulting from your workouts.

Service "As Is"

PullUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific fitness results or outcomes
• Compatibility with all devices or networks

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PullUp and its team are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or health issues related to workouts
• Actions or conduct of other users

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of PullUp after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
